We outline the moving process by giving an overview of the sequence of events movers can expect when buying and selling a home, from choosing an estate agent to completion and exchange of contracts. Guests Matthew Thompson, Head of Sales at estate agent Chestertons and Sally Mitchell​, Business Manager & Senior Mortgage Broker at The Mortgage Mum, give listeners an understanding of key property jargon by explaining terms such as valuation, Stamp Duty and Property Survey.
